Q: Does the amphitheater serve alcohol at events?
A: Ascend Amphitheater offers a wide variety of alcoholic beverages for purchase during your time at the venue, from mixed drinks to wine to beer.
Q: Can I buy an all access pass?
A: All Access Passes or Backstage Passes are not available for purchase. Visit www.livenation.com to view any VIP packages that may involve a meet and greet or additional access. The venue box office does not sell any meet and greet, backstage or venue passes.
Q: Are service animals allowed in the venue?
A: Service animals are permitted inside the venue during events. Only registered working animals are permitted. Like many venues and other large places of assembly, Ascend Amphitheater has a “no pets” policy. However, Live Nation’s policy explicitly permits guests with disabilities who use dogs as service animals. Ascend Amphitheater’s policy, consistent with ADA’s revised guidelines, defines “service animal” as limited to a dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the individual’s disability. Ascend Amphitheater requires, consistent with the ADA, that service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents him or her from using these devices.Individuals who cannot use such devices must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective methods.
Q: Are ATM's available for patrons?
A: We have multiple ATM's on site- located at House Right Concession Plaza and House Left Concession Plaza.
Q: will my bags be inspected upon entry to the venue?
A: All bags will be searched upon entry. Guests have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue please return them to your vehicle or discard them into the appropriate trash receptacles at the entry gates.
Q: May I bring a banner or a sign into the venue?
A: Signs larger than 8.5 X 11 in are not permitted into the venue. This size is a standard sheet of paper. We do not allow in banners or signs that are larger than this due to the potential to block other guests view of the performance. All signs must be appropriate in nature and not be a distraction to the artist.
Q: What are the box office hours?
A: On event days the box office opens at noon and remain open until the main act goes on stage.
Q: may I bring my camera to a show?
A: SUBJECT TO CHANGE - The standard venue policy allows camera phones, disposable cameras, and small digital cameras. Any camera that has a detachable lens will be considered professional and not allowed in. If the camera lens zooms out of the camera more than 1 in- it will be considered a professional camera and will not be allowed in. Some artists do not permit cameras so please check back for the show you will be attending to ensure that we will be allowing cameras in.
Q: Do you allow camping?
A: The venue does not allow camping or overnight parking of any kind.
Q: What is Ascend Amphitheater’s Cancellation Policy?
A: Cancellations will only occur in the event of severe weather, artist cancellation, or an act of God. In the event of a show cancellation local media will be notified and any information about a potential reschedule will be made available. Refunds will be available at the point of purchase.
Q: Do Children require tickets to attend a show?
A: Children 2 and under do not require a ticket, but must sit on a parent's lap.
Q: Are there baby changing stations at the venue?
A: Yes, baby changing stations are located within each restroom building.
Q: Are there concessions on site?
A: Ascend Amphitheater offers a wide variety of concession options through Legends. This includes cheeseburgers, hot dogs, nachos, pretzels, candy, popcorn, bottled soda (Pepsi Products), and water. Concessions are located on each side of the seating areas as well as at the back of the lawn.
Q: may I use my debit or credit card for merchandise or concessions?
A: All concession and merchandise stands take all major credit cards – additionally, please see ATM's for cash locations on site.
Q: may I bring water into an event?
A: Guests are permitted to bring in One (1) factory sealed bottle of water up to one gallon in size for most events. Aluminum bottles, refillable plastic water bottles, and Camel baks are not permitted, unless otherwise noted within the specific event information.
Q: Is there a guest ejection policy?
A: Any guest that is violating venue policy or law will be ejected from the facility at the sole discretion of Management.
Q: Are there emergency facilities?
A: In the event of an emergency while on site- Ascend Amphitheater has trained paramedics to assist with any medical issues. First Aid is located on the west side of the venue near the concessions building, but any staff member with a radio can dispatch First Aid to the location needed. Nashville Police are on site during events as well, in the event additional assistance is needed. Ascend Amphitheater works closely with the City of Nashville to ensure that we are up to date on any dangerous weather or potential crowd related issues. In the event of a weather emergency- we will communicate with guests that are inside of the facility as well as guests on their way to the venue. Q: Where do I enter the facility?
A: Guests with tickets for Reserved Seating, GA Floor, and GA Lawn for any show, should enter via Gate 1, located at the northwest corner of the venue, next to the box office.
Q: Do you have an area where i can check in an item which is not allowed in the venue?
A: If you bring an item to the venue that is not permitted we do NOT have an item check in on site. Guests will be asked to return said item to their vehicle or discard in the appropriate trash/recycling receptacle.

Q: How do I get to the amphitheater?

Q: Is medical assistance available?
A: First Aid is located on the west side of the venue near the concessions building. We have trained medical personnel that are able to assist with any issue you encounter. We have ambulances on site throughout the duration of the event that can transport guests if needed.
Q: What is your Medication Needs Policy?
A: It is recommended that guests bringing medication into the venue for necessary or possible administration during the show utilize or have with them the original container and/or label pertaining to the prescription, or other form of documentation or confirmation of personal medical use, which may be requested of the guest for examination and verification by venue staff or security.
Q: Will merchandise be available for purchase?
A: Merchandise will be available for all concerts at our Merchandise stand located near the House Left Concession Plaza. All concert gear is property of the artist and the venue has no responsibility related to the craftsmanship or style of any merchandise. Please make sure you check that you have the correct size and there are no defects in the shirt before you walk away from the stand. The venue cannot assist with replacing or refunding any merchandise after the event has ended.

Q: is there public transportation?
A:The Nashville MTA offers direct bus service that connects to Ascend Amphitheater. For more information on MTA bus lines, visit www.nashvillemta.org or call (615) 862-5950 for convenient stations near Ascend Amphitheater
Q: Do you offer a recycling program for patrons?
A: Ascend Amphitheater participates in a venue wide recycling program. You will find recycling bins located next to every trash can. Please recycle where possible
Q: Is there venue security?
A: Venue security is located throughout the facility to ensure a safe and secure environment. All security personnel can assist with any questions or concerns. Please do not hesitate to contact our onsite staff if any assistance is needed.
Q: Can I smoke during an event or on site?
A: Ascend Amphitheater is a NON-SMOKING facility. Guests wishing to smoke will need to exit through designated gate during event.
Q: What is your policy on sponsorships and hand outs?
A: All sponsorship inquiries should be directed to our downtown office. Please contact us at email@example.com. Any handouts or presence onsite needs to be cleared with venue sponsorship. If you do not have permission to be onsite you will be escorted off the property immediately. Q: do you allow strollers?
A: Strollers are not permitted at Ascend Amphitheater due to there being no where for them to be stored. They tend to also become a tripping hazard to other guests.
Q: can i videotape an event or show?
A: Videotaping is never permitted during events. Please see event specific information related to audio recording as some artists do allow audio recording.

Q: What is your policy on Conceal and Carry?
A: Ascend Amphitheater does not allow weapons of any kind in the venue. No patron will be allowed to enter the venue with a weapon. The venue will not secure weapons and will not take responsibility for any weapons left in vehicles.
